Changes at the Durham I.T. Association

The year 2006 marks our 5th year as an association.

Over the past 4 years, our Durham I.T. Association members have found new ways to work together, and found new business opportunities.

The Durham I.T. Professionals Group has grown, and continues to meet monthly to discuss, demonstrate, and disect technologies that have so successfully permeated our lives.

2006 is a year of growth and change for the Durham I.T. Association, as we strive to provide more benefits to our members and to deliver upon our mission - to strengthen the local Durham Region Information Technology economy.

We are moving away from the monthly meeting format, and instead will be providing more promotional support for specific I.T. related events within the region, and a quarterly networking mixer. You will likely have also noticed an increase in activities associated with the University of Ontario Institute of Technology and Durham College. We firmly believe that our future success hinges on working together with education and business.

We have tremendous resources within Durham Region - help us work towards our mission, your participation and support will make a tremendous difference.
