  • Software/hardware problem analysis - New technology needs assessment and general computer support

Specific Skills:

Senior Executive experience in managing Information Technology in manufacturing, distribution, communications and publishing environments. Competency in technology transition with strong emphasis on project management and problem analysis/resolution. Strong ability to lead, develop and motivate staff during times of change and transition. Well established with ability to secure strategic alliances through effective communication with top business executives.

Experience with

PCs/Networks Windows (98, ME, NT, 2000, XP), Microsoft Back Office, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft NT, Novell NetWare, cc:Mail, EDI, Lotus Notes, Oracle Sales Analyzer, Oracle OLAP, Media Services Group (MSG), Storage Area Networks (SAN)

IBM AS/400 OS/400, JD Edwards (Distribution, A/P, A/R, Financials, Order Management Modules), CA/400, RPG, EDI
